Important: Most of our pieces are made to order specifically for you. Please review your order carefully before submitting — custom and personalized pieces cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

What Can & Cannot Be Returned
✅ Eligible for Return
Ready-to-ship items in original, unworn condition with all original packaging within 3 days of delivery.
❌ Not Eligible
Custom designs, personalized pieces, engraved items, name jewelry, and any made-to-order pieces — unless defective.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at Info.Amirehjewelry@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +1 (779) 759-1630.
Please include your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a piece that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will cover all costs to repair, replace, or refund the item — no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Exchanges & Repairs
We offer resizing and repairs on all Amireh Jewelry pieces. If your ring needs resizing or a piece needs a repair, contact us and we'll take care of it at our Cartersville, Georgia workshop.
Sizing adjustments within 30 days of purchase are complimentary. After 30 days, a small service fee may apply.
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects. See our Terms & Conditions for full warranty details.
