All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment: We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Custom orders: For personalized or custom-designed pieces, a non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins.

Pricing: All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Production time: Since most pieces are made to order, please allow 7–21 business days for production, depending on the complexity of the piece.

Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $500. Orders are shipped via insured, tracked courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

International orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Custom & personalized pieces — including engraved items, name jewelry, and made-to-order designs — are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 3 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective items: If you receive a defective or damaged piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info.Amirehjewelry@gmail.com with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

Our jewelry is crafted from solid 14K–21K gold — meaning it won't tarnish, fade, or react to water, sweat, or daily wear. You can wear your Amireh piece in the shower, pool, gym, or anywhere life takes you.

We offer professional cleaning and repair services at our Cartersville, Georgia location. Contact us to schedule.

Every Amireh Jewelry piece comes with our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty. This covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or damage caused by improper care or storage.

Warranty service is performed at our workshop in Cartersville, Georgia. Shipping costs to and from our workshop are the customer's responsibility.
